Add support for Cisco RSA Hybrid Authentication

Description

The client supports the hybrid authentication draft but not the Cisco proprietary implementation. Try to figure out how this works and provide compatibility.

This has been added in head and will be merged to 2.1.5 before the release. Several successful tests have been performed against an ASA using Hybrid authentication.
